Support Your Favorite Charity@Saks Event
Feb 1-29, 2012

Throughout February the Cranbrook Educational Community will be a beneficiary of the Saks Fifth Avenue “Support Your Favorite Charity@Saks” program in which Saks will give 5% of all Saks card purchases back to the charity the cardholder designates.

To qualify, shoppers must use their Saks Fifth Avenue card and tell the salesperson completing the sale that they’d like 5% to go to Cranbrook. Registration is one simple step at point of sale linking the customer account with their chosen charity the first time, but customers should mention Cranbrook each time they make a purchase during February.

A Kick off Cocktail Party on Wednesday, February 8 from 5:30 to 8pm gives patrons a chance to shop, socialize, and help Cranbrook by purchasing a $35 dollar ticket. For each ticket sold, the patron receives admission to the event and a $25 Saks Gift Card. In addition, Cranbrook receives a $10 donation! You do not need a Saks Fifth Avenue credit card to attend this event.

Produced by Cranbrook using its own life science collections, as well as specimens on loan from other museums, universities and private collections, Life on Earth! immerses the visitor in the splendor of life and explores the degree to which the growing human population has transformed the Earth for human welfare.
